Hi, I'm Arthur!
Thank you for taking the time to visit my portfolio website.
When I was around 13 years old, I’d spend hours tinkering with my old laptop, sometimes taking it apart just to see how the components moved when I powered it on. Living in a rural area, I even figured out how to tether internet access from my PC to an Xbox through a satellite device - just so I could get it working online. That curiosity for systems and how things fit together never left me.
Today, I’m a dedicated professional with experience leading small teams, resolving project blockers, and turning ideas into structured, successful outcomes. I’ve contributed to projects across diverse industries, including work with global brands, and I bring a thoughtful, systems-driven mindset to everything I do. I’m skilled with tools like Asana, Airtable, Jira, Trello, Microsoft 365, and Power BI, and I’ve developed forms, dashboards, and workflows that keep complex projects moving efficiently.
I've also gained technical experience in software, hardware, installation, troubleshooting, and support/ticketing. Currently, I work as an Outcomes Specialist for Best Friends Animal Society where I manage many of our internal databases and projects.
I'm pursuing my B.S. in Business Information Systems online at Oregon State University and maintaining honors, as well as studying Japanese with the goal of building technology that brings people and cultures together.
That's a long way from dismantling gaming consoles and laptops!
When I’m NOT working or studying, you’ll usually find me behind a camera, hiking, gaming with friends, or relaxing at home with my wife and our cats.
This was on our wedding day, March 31st, 2025, in Kyoto, Japan.
